Haha, I love this commercial! It's pretty cool your gecko is in it...too bad Tokays aren't actually that friendly though, LOL.

I've always liked the Telus commercials, one with all geckos is that much cooler!! =D>

Tokays get a bad rap... I've seen and handled many that were just as "tame" as a crestie.

And for every one that you've held that was tame, I've held 20 that were vicious. :D

awww!!
Telus commercials work far too well at sucking me in to their services lol.
I actually went out and got a BB with them because of the jumping baby goats...

Very cute. But they just have to mess with the eyes enough to make the crested look creepy, and with the colours and such to screw you out of any sort of payment don't they

Awesome to see regardless.

One of the wholesalers I provide for works with Telus and sends them reptiles when they want to do a commercial. Had I known that one of mine was going I would have specially hand picked one out since I don't usually sell him the best of the best.
I thought the commercial was cute and it was quite obvious that they did play around with the eyes. None the less it was great to see a rhac in the commercial and when I was told the gecko was mine, it just made the commercial even more special for me.

I wonder if they did mess with the eyes to match the Phelsumas eyes? Or maybe they're very diulated due to ,I'm sure, some very intense lighting used to shoot the commercial?
Anyway very cool to see some geckos in there, even cooler to know that one of them is yours!

Under such intense lighting the pupils wouldn't dilate to let more light in, they'd instead contract to block light out. If you open a light near your cresties in the middle of the night you'll notice their pupils are dilated, but close up in the presence of light.
That is very cool though great looking crestie and I'm so glad that Rhacs are on TV!
