**Zero Tolerance Policy** PLEASE READ

Rhacs Canada Members,


The goal of Rhacs Canada is to create a place where everyone who shares a love of herps can come together and discuss all things herp related in a friendly and casual atmosphere.

To date we have been very lucky with our members, as there is a healthy respect for each other, however other forums have not been as fortunate.

This being said, please be advised that we are now required to post this.

There will be a zero tolerance policy in place for anyone who slanders another person or business on our forum. If you have an unsatisfactory experience with another person, or business, please take your complaint to Fauna, they have a US and Canadian BOI (Board of Inquiry) section strictly for this purpose. Please refrain from posting anything negative about your experiences with another person or business. We know you feel that you are helping others by doing this; however this can cause serious legal implications for Rhacs Canada and its members. If you need the link to the Fauna BOI, please PM one of the Mod’s or the Admin’s and we will be happy to give it to you.

If your team of Mod’s or Admin’s feel a post violates this policy, the Mod’ and Admin’s have the ability to change, lock and/or remove the post and thread. Depending on the severity, you may receive a warning, or may be banned from Rhacs Canada,

If you feel a post violates this policy, and a Mod and Admin has not acted on this already, please PM us with the details.

We know this may sound harsh; however we truly want to keep this forum as great as it is now and we know we can do it, because we have great members!
